Tania Haldar is the Founder of Vision One World, a registered Canadian nonprofit dedicated to rebuilding human connection through community, storytelling, mentorship, and meaningful dialogue.
Driven by a deep belief that humanity’s greatest struggles stem not from difference itself, but from the divisions created when identity, ego, and inherited ideology overshadow our shared humanity, Tania has built Vision One World as a platform to help people reconnect beyond labels and rediscover what unites us at the core.
Through initiatives such as Antiquity United Circle, Heroes of Phoenix Rising, WeWise, and public street interviews exploring self-love and the human experience, her work invites individuals into deeper reflection, vulnerability, and authentic connection.
Alongside her nonprofit efforts, Tania is also the Founder of MidDay Pause™ by One Door Media Inc., where she brings intentional guided experiences into corporate environments to support employee wellbeing, reflection, and presence.
At the heart of all her work is one mission: to help create a world where people no longer lead with division, but with empathy, understanding, and shared humanity.
Vision One World was not created as a project. It was born from an observation that stayed with me for years.
I began to notice that despite living in a world more connected than ever before, people felt increasingly alone, divided, and disconnected from one another. Conversations had become surface-level. Communities felt fragmented. And many people were carrying silent struggles without spaces where they could be seen or heard authentically.
What stood out to me most was not our differences—but how deeply we had been conditioned to define ourselves by them.
Nationality. Religion. Race. Status. Identity.
While each of these can hold meaning and beauty, I saw how easily they could also become barriers—creating distance where there could have been understanding, and division where there could have been connection.
I realized that what many people were truly seeking was not more information, more noise, or more platforms—but something far simpler and far more human:
A space to be real.
A space to reflect.
A space to connect without performance, judgment, or expectation.
That realization led me to create Vision One World.
Through intimate gatherings, storytelling platforms, mentorship conversations, and public dialogue, my intention is to rebuild the kind of human connection that feels increasingly rare in modern life.
Not by asking people to erase who they are—but by inviting them to meet one another beyond the labels that so often keep them apart.
At its core, Vision One World is a reminder:
That before everything else we have been taught to identify with, we are human.
And when we begin from that place, everything changes.
