Creating spaces for connection, reflection and inspiration through storytelling and conversations and bring back the Village
Vision One World is a community initiative founded by Tania Haldar and built on a simple belief: storytelling can reconnect us to what matters most — our shared humanity.
In a time when many people experience isolation, loss of community, and lack of meaningful conversation, Vision One World creates intentional spaces where people can come together, share lived experiences, and support one another.
Through small gatherings, real-life hero stories, and conversations with mentors and professionals, the work focuses on helping people rediscover belonging, hope, and direction.
This is not about hosting events or conducting interviews. It is about rebuilding connection — one conversation at a time. #Let'sChat
“I arrived not knowing anyone. I left feeling seen.”— Participant, Antiquity United Circle
At Vision One World gatherings, people pause from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with themselves and each other. Through guided conversations and reflective exercises, participants explore themes such as:
• self-love and resilience (Project Antiquity United Circle)
• meaningful human connection and mentorship (Project WeWise)
• courage and personal growth (Project Heroes of the Phoenix Rising)
Vision One World podcast, in-person gatherings and conversations are intentionally small, thoughtful, and deeply human. Come, join the conversation and #Let'sChat
Partnerships & Support
Vision One World is independently created and facilitated by founder Tania Haldar. Support from sponsors and philanthropists helps make these gatherings possible and allows the work to grow. Ways to Support : Sponsor a gathering • Support community programming • Collaborate on meaningful initiatives

Antiquity United Circle
I host intimate gatherings designed to combat loneliness, encourage self-worth, and create meaningful human bonds.

Heroes of Phoenix Rising
I share real stories of individuals who have endured profound challenges and chosen to help others rise.

WeWise (Wednesday Wisdom)
Every Wednesday, I bring in professionals and mentors offering insight for those seeking direction, courage, or change.

The Vision:
Vision One World is not focused on a single issue. It is about strengthening the human experience through connection, storytelling, resilience, and shared wisdom. While loneliness is one part of the conversation, the work extends far beyond it — into celebrating courage, amplifying lived experiences, and creating pathways for growth, mentorship, and hope.
The initiative comes to life through three distinct yet interconnected projects:
1. Antiquity United Circle (AUC)
This project is deeply personal to me. Antiquity United Circle hosts intimate gatherings designed to address loneliness, rebuild self-worth, and remind people that second chances are possible.
By sharing my own journey alongside others, I invite participants to speak openly about their experiences in a space where vulnerability is welcomed, not judged. These gatherings are intentionally small and human-centered, allowing people to feel seen, heard, and supported.
It is not just about combating isolation — it is about restoring faith in oneself, in others, and in new beginnings.
2. Heroes of Phoenix Rising (HPR News)
In a world often driven by sensationalism, Heroes of Phoenix Rising highlights the extraordinary strength of ordinary people. This platform shares stories of individuals who have endured life-altering challenges and, despite their hardships, have chosen to help others.
Through interviewing and publishing these stories, I aim to shift the narrative of what we consider “news” — from fear-driven headlines to stories of resilience, compassion, and everyday heroism.
These are reminders that adversity can become a force for positive change, and that real heroes live among us.
3. WeWise (Wednesday Wisdom)
WeWise creates access to guidance that many people seek but cannot always find. Through conversations with professionals, mentors, and leaders, this project offers practical insight, encouragement, and shared knowledge to individuals looking for direction in their personal or professional lives.
Whether someone is navigating a transition, building a business, or searching for purpose, these interviews provide support without hidden agendas — simply people helping people grow.
At its core, WeWise is about cultivating a culture of generosity, where experience is shared freely to empower others.
Together, these three projects form the foundation of Vision One World: creating spaces where people connect more deeply, learn from one another, and recognize that their stories, struggles, and successes all have value when shared.
Be a Part of the Story
Though different in format, each initiative serves the same purpose: to remind us that resilience is shared, wisdom is collective, and community must be built intentionally. So Attend. Share. Support. Or simply begin by listening.
Because rebuilding community starts with showing up.
Stay Connected to the Antiquity United Circle, follow HPR Heroes' journeys, come and be a mentor at the WeWise Club! Vision One World offers 3 different routes to finding a more meaningful purpose. So, if this speaks to you, stay informed about upcoming gatherings, stories, and conversations. Vision One World grows through participation — not audience.
Whether by attending, sharing, collaborating, or simply listening, every person helps rebuild the sense of community this work stands for.
